    摘要:【目的】采用悬吊运动疗法加推拿理筋手法为治疗方案,观察神经根型颈椎病患者上肢感觉功能的变化,并评估疗效。【方法】2015年8月—2016年12月,采用简单随机方法,将72例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组(SET疗法结合推拿理筋手法组)与对照组(单纯颈椎牵引治疗组),每周治疗6次,疗程4周。治疗前后检测正中神经、尺神经上肢体感诱发电位(SEP)潜伏期、上肢电流感觉阈值测定(CPT)结果并观察患肢VAS疼痛评分的变化,判定治疗有效率。【结果】治疗后两组的臂丛电位(N9)、颈髓电位(N13)的体感诱发电位(SEP)潜伏期均较前缩短(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的CPT等级均有降低(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS疼痛评分均有降低(P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】悬吊运动疗法加推拿理筋手法可有效促进神经根型颈椎病受损的神经感觉功能的修复。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the changes of upper extremity sensory function in patients with radicular cervical spondylosis and evaluate the effect of treatment , the method of the SET and Soft tissue manipulation was used. Methods: From August 2015 to December 2016, 72 patients with cervical spondylosis were divided into treatment and control group randomly uniform. The cases in the treatment group were treated with SET plus soft tissue manipulations and those in the control group were treated with traction alone,6 times a week for 4 weeks of continuous treatment. The somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) 、 current perception threshold(CPT) and the VAS pain score of affected limb were separate examined before and 4 weeks after the treatment in two groups and determine the effective rate of treatment.Results: After treatment, The latency of SEP was shortened mainly in N9 and N13 in the two groups, the post-treatment comparison of the two groups showed the latency of SEP of the treatment group was better than those of the control group, showing a significant statistical difference (P<0.05);the CPT levels were reduced in both groups,and compared with the control group,the CPT levels in the treatment group were reduced significantly (P<0.05);the VAS pain score of affected limb was reduced in both groups,and compared with the control group,theVAS in the treatment group was reduced significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion: SET combined with soft tissue manipulation can effectively promote the repair of nerve sense function of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
