    目的:建立可描述血管内脂滴整体形貌的理论模型,为脂肪栓塞患者血管内壁脂滴整体形貌的研究与分析提供基础理论模型。 方法:建立液滴在圆柱管内壁的变半径模型理论来描述脂滴在血管内壁的形貌,并利用Surface Evolver(SE)软件的仿真结果验证理论模型的准确性。根据理论模型分析脂滴体积和接触角两参数对脂滴在血管内的无量纲粘附面积 和阻塞比κ的影响规律。 结果:通过理论模型预测脂滴在血管内壁粘附形貌的轮廓参数,包括脂滴在方位角为0和pi/2 时的圆弧半径和高度,与SE模拟所得对应参数的相对误差小于10%。具有相同无量纲体积 的脂滴,在血管内壁无量纲粘附面积 随着接触角的增加而减小,阻塞比κ随着接触角的增加而增大。相同接触角条件下无量纲体积 越小的脂滴,无量纲化粘附面积 和阻塞比κ越小。 结论:所建立的变半径理论模型能很好地描述脂滴在圆柱血管内壁的形貌特征,通过理论模型可准确、快速地得到体积、接触角等参数对脂滴的高度、粘附面积以及横截面积等形貌参数的影响规律,表明脂滴的接触角越大或无量纲体积越小导致栓塞的概率越低,为相关疾病分析提供理论支撑。

    Abstract:

    Objective:To establish the theoretical model of the morphology of lipid droplets adhering to the inner vascular wall, and provide a theoretical model for the study and analysis of the overall morphology of lipid droplets on the inner vascular wall of patients with fat embolism. Methods:The variable radius model of the droplet on the inner wall of the cylindrical tube is established to describe the theoretical morphology of lipid droplets on the inner vascular wall, and the accuracy of the model which predicts the contour and topography parameters of the lipid droplets when they adhere to the inner vascular wall is verified by Surface Evolver (SE) software results. According to the theoretical model, the influence of the two parameters of lipid droplet volume and contact angle on the non-dimensional adhesion area and the blockage ratio κ of lipid droplets in blood vessels is analyzed. Results:The theoretical model predicts the contour parameters of the lipid droplet adhesion morphology on the inner vascular wall, including the height and arc radius of the lipid droplet when the azimuth angle is 0 and pi/2 , the relative errors between it and the corresponding parameters obtained from the SE simulation are all less than 10% . For lipid droplets with the same dimensionless volume , the dimensionless adhesion area on the inner vascular wall decreases with the increase of the contact angle, and the blockage ratio κ increases with the increase of the contact angle. Under the condition of the same contact angle, the smaller the dimensionless volume , the smaller the dimensionless adhesion area and the blockage ratio κ. Conclusions:The established variable radius theoretical model can well describe the morphological characteristics of lipid droplets on the inner vascular wall. The law of influence of volume, contact angle and other parameters on the height, adhesion area and cross-sectional area of lipid droplets can be accurately and quickly obtained through the theoretical model. It shows that the larger the contact angle of the lipid droplet or the smaller the dimensionless volume, the lower the probability of embolism, which provides theoretical support for the analysis of related diseases.
