    目的 本研究旨在评估最大随意等长收缩(Maximum voluntary isometric contraction, MVIC)与标准等长收缩(Standard isometric contraction, SIC)应用于膝骨关节炎患者肌电标准化的重测信度。方法 采用无线肌电测试系统(Noraxon, Boston, USA)收集膝骨关节炎患者患侧腿在慢跑测试、SIC测试和MVIC测试时臀大肌、半腱肌、股直肌、股外侧肌、胫骨前肌、外侧腓肠肌和比目鱼肌的肌电数据。重测信度使用组内相关系数和95%的置信区间评估。结果 在膝骨关节炎患者中,SIC测试的重测信度较好且高于MVIC测试,差异不具有显著性;慢跑时下肢肌肉的肌电经SIC标准化的重测信度高于经MVIC标准化的重测信度,股直肌差异具有显著性。结论 对于膝骨关节炎患者,SIC是一种比MVIC更为可靠的表面肌电标定方案,具有较好的临床推广潜力。

    Abstract:

    Objective This study aimed to evaluate the reliability of the standard isometric contraction (SIC) and maximum voluntary isometric contraction (MVIC) tests, and electromyography during jogging normalized by SIC and MVIC among patients with knee osteoarthritis, respectively. Methods The electromyography data in gluteus maximus, semitendinosus, rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius lateral, and soleus of their affected legs during jogging, SIC tests and MVIC tests were collected using a wireless electromyography system (Noraxon, Boston, USA). Intra-class correlation coefficients with 95% confidence intervals were calculated to assess the between-day reliability. Results Compared with the MVIC tests, the SIC tests had higher ICCs in all target muscles, and none were statistically higher. Compared with MVIC, ICCs during jogging were higher in all target muscles and higher statistically in rectus femoris when normalized by SIC. Conclusion For patients with knee osteoarthritis, SIC is a more reliable electromyography normalization method than MVIC, and has good clinical promotion potential.
