    摘要:目的 了解中度Lenke 3CN型女性青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(Adolescent idiopathic Scoliosis,AIS)与同龄健康青少年的静态平衡足底压力特征差异,为脊柱侧弯的筛查、评估、治疗和评价预后提供科学依据。方法 选取30例中度Lenke 3CN型女性青少年特发性脊柱侧弯为AIS组,选取30例同龄健康女性青少年为对照组,采集静态平衡足底压力数据,将两组进行比较分析,分析其足底压力分布特征。结果 1. 足底压力特征方面,AIS组左、右足的平均压力(P<0.05)和后足压力(P<0.05)均显著大于对照组,前足压力均显著小于对照组(P<0.05),双足对称性指数(Symmetry Index,SI)显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。AIS组左足的A3区、A8区足底压力显著大于对照组(P<0.05),A5区、A6区和A7区足底压力显著小于对照组(P<0.05);AIS组右足的A1区和A8区足底压力显著大于对照组(P<0.05),A4、A7区和A10区足底压力显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。 2. 足底压力中心 (Center of Pressure,COP)方面,AIS组的足底COP轨迹长度、95%信赖区间椭圆面积、COP左-右移动最大距离(COP-X)和 COP前-后移动最大距离(COP-Y)均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中度Lenke 3CN型AIS患者与同龄健康青少年的静态平衡足底压力特征存在显著性差异,足部压力会偏向侧弯凸侧,双足的对称性、稳定性较差,平衡控制能力较弱。

    Abstract:

    Abstracts: Objective: To analyze the differences in static balance plantar pressure characteristics between moderate Lenke 3CN female Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) patients and healthy adolescents of the same age, and to provide a scientific basis for scoliosis screening, assessment, treatment, and prognosis evaluation. Methods: Adolescents with moderate Lenke 3CN female idiopathic scoliosis were set up as the AIS group, and healthy female adolescents of the same age were set up as the control group, and 30 subjects were selected from each group. The plantar pressure data of the subjects were collected, and the static equilibrium plantar pressure distribution characteristics were comparatively analyzed. Results: 1. Regarding the plantar pressure characteristics, the average pressure (P<0.05) and hindfoot pressure (P<0.05) of the left and right feet in the AIS group were significantly greater than those of the control group, the forefoot pressure was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the Symmetry Index (SI) of both feet was significantly greater than that of the control group (P<0.05). The plantar pressure of the left foot in the AIS group was significantly greater than that of the control group in the A3 and A8 regions (P<0.05), and significantly less than that of the control group in the A5, A6 and A7 regions (P<0.05); the plantar pressure of the right foot in the AIS group was significantly greater than that of the control group in the A1 and A8 regions (P<0.05), and significantly less than that of the control group in the A4, A7 and A10 regions (P<0.05); and the plantar pressure in the right foot of the AIS group was significantly less than that of the control group in the A1 and A8 regions (P<0.05). A4, A7 and A10 zones of the right foot were significantly larger than those of the control group (P<0.05). 2. Regarding the Center of Pressure (COP), the length of the COP trajectory, the ellipse area of the 95% confidence interval, the maximum distance of COP left-right movement (COP-X), and the maximum distance of COP anterior-posterior movement (COP-Y) of the AIS group were significantly larger than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: There are significant differences in static balance plantar pressure characteristics between moderate Lenke type 3CN female AIS patients and healthy female adolescents of the same age, with foot pressure favoring the side of the lateral convexity, poorer symmetry and stability of the feet, and weaker balance control.
