    Abstract:

Objective: To compare the effect of two clear aligner orthodontics tooth movement sequences V-Pattern and ZC molar distal movement. Methods: A finite element model of 7 mandibular right teeth with periodontal alveolar bone and braces was established. Two tooth sequences were selected to simulate the distant displacement of the second molar by 0.5mm, and the long-term tooth movement was simulated by the alveolar bone reconstruction technique. Results: The maximum distal displacement of the second molar in V-pattern and ZC sequences was 0.27mm and 0.34mm, respectively, and the ZC distal displacement efficiency increased by 13.34%. The tooth inclination was corrected by 0.18mm and 0.44mm, and the lingual inclination was corrected by 1.15° and 2.69°, respectively, and the correction rate of ZC lingual inclination was increased by 15.01%. The distal tilt of ZC was increased by 1.83° and 0.84° respectively, and the distal tilt of ZC was decreased by 54.10%. Conclusion: The effect of V-pattern and ZC sequences on molar distal movement was compared in this paper. The ZC sequence method can realize the distal molar movement more effectively, reduce the distal inclination of the molar and correct the lingual inclination of the molar, which provides favorable conditions for the orthodontic treatment of the anterior tooth.
