      癌症的发生、发育、诊断和治疗均涉及力学、物理学、化学、生物学等因素之间复杂的相互作用与耦合关联。肿瘤生物力学不仅具有非常重要的科学价值,而且可以为癌症的临床诊断和治疗提供理论基础。从细胞和组织两个侧面简要介绍肿瘤生物力学的一些进展,重点关注国内学者近年来取得的成果,包括癌细胞 胞外基质之间的相互作用、血管生成、肿瘤生长等的实验和理论研究。
English abstract:
      The occurrence, development, diagnosis and therapy of cancer all involve complicated coupling and interplay of mechanical, physical, chemical, and biological cues. Tumor biomechanics is not only of vital significance for understanding these biological processes, but also provides strong support to many clinical issues related to cancer. This review briefly introduces the state of the art of tumor biomechanics, especially the advances achieved by Chinese scholars in the areas of cancerous cells and tissues, including experimental and theoretical studies on the interaction between cancerous cells and extracellular matrix, the angiogenesis and growth of tumors.
